Returns, Cancellations & Delivery Policy

At Megan Thomas Lash Academy, we strive to provide the best experience for our customers. This policy outlines our procedures for returns, order cancellations, delivery, and payment information to ensure clarity and fairness for all purchases made through our website or in-store.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.

2. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, due to hygiene and safety regulations, certain items cannot be returned. Please read the following conditions carefully.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Lash & Beauty Products: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on lash products, adhesives, or any opened beauty-related items unless faulty.

  • Faulty or Damaged Items: If your item is faulty or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with proof (photos/videos), and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Training Courses & Digital Products: All training courses and digital materials are non-refundable once booked or accessed.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at sales@meganthomaslashes.co.uk with your order details and reason for return.

  2. If approved, we will provide return instructions.

  3. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days of receipt.

  4. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned item.

3. Order Cancellations

Cancellations for Products

  • You may cancel your physical product order within 24 hours of placing the order, provided it has not been dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, you must follow the returns process outlined above.

Cancellations for Training Courses & Appointments

  • Training courses and appointments require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.

  • If you cancel a course or appointment, your deposit will not be refunded.

  • If you reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice, your deposit will be transferred to your new date.

  • No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will result in full deposit forfeiture.

4. Delivery Information

Shipping & Delivery Times

  • We ship throughout the UK only.

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 working days.

  • Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout.

  • Once dispatched, we are not responsible for courier delays.

Shipping Options & Costs

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 – £3.79 per order (delivery within 2-3 working days).

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £4.59 per order (delivery within 1-2 working days).

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature – £6.29 per order (delivery within 1-2 working days, signature required).

Tracking Orders

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable).

  • If your package does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us.

Lost or Delayed Royal Mail Deliveries

If your Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 delivery is delayed or lost, please follow the steps below:

1. Check Delivery Status:

  • Use the tracking number provided in your dispatch confirmation email to monitor your parcel's status on the Royal Mail Track & Trace page.

2. Expected Delivery Times:

  • Tracked 24: Aims for next working day delivery.

  • Tracked 48: Aims for delivery within two to three working days.

3. When a Parcel Is Considered Delayed:

  • Tracked 24: If not delivered within two working days from the date of posting.

  • Tracked 48: If not delivered within three working days from the date of posting.

4. Reporting a Delayed or Lost Item:

  • If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us promptly.

  • Provide your order number, tracking number, and any relevant details about the parcel.

5. Compensation Claims:

  • Claims for lost items must be made within 80 calendar days from the date of posting (Royal Mail Guidelines).

  • We will assist you in initiating a claim with Royal Mail. Compensation is subject to Royal Mail's terms and may require proof of value and postage.

6. Preventative Measures:

  • Ensure the delivery address provided is correct and complete.

  • Choose a delivery location where someone can receive the parcel, or specify a safe place.
