2. Definitions

  • "We," "Us," "Our": Refers to Megan Thomas Lash Academy.

  • "You," "Your," "Client," "Student": Refers to the individual accessing or using our services.

  • "Services": Encompasses all offerings by Megan Thomas Lash Academy, including training courses, treatments, products, and website usage.

3. Booking, Payments & Deposits

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place for any course, treatment, or appointment.

  • The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of your appointment or course.

  • If you cancel after paying in full, you will receive a refund minus the 50% deposit.

  • Accepted payment methods include cash, debit/credit card, PayPal, Klarna, and Clearpay.

  • All transactions are processed securely, and we do not store payment details.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

By the Customer

  • Cancellations: You may cancel at any time; however, the 50% deposit is strictly non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice without losing your deposit.

  • Last-Minute Rescheduling: If you reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

  • Rebooking Window: Rescheduled courses or treatments must take place within 3 months of the original date, or the deposit will be forfeited.

  • If we must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible.

  • You will be offered a new appointment date; however, no refunds will be issued in this instance.

5. Course Attendance and Conduct

  • Punctuality: Clients must arrive on time for their scheduled training or treatment. Late arrivals beyond 10 minutes may result in cancellation without a refund.

  • Behaviour: Respectful and professional conduct is required at all times. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behaviour.

  • Dress Code: Suitable, professional attire is expected for training courses. Further details will be provided upon booking.

6. Course Materials, Models & Responsibilities

  • Materials: All necessary tools, lash products, and training aids will be provided during the course. Additional products are available for purchase on our website.

  • Models:

    • Some courses require you to bring a model. This will be specified in your course confirmation email.

    • For treatments that require patch testing, your model must complete the test at least 24-48 hours before the appointment.

    • If you cannot bring a model, we may be able to arrange one for an additional £10 fee. Please contact us in advance if required.

7. Product Sales, Delivery & Returns

  • All product sales are final, except for defective or damaged goods.

  • If a product arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to request a refund or replacement.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, lash and beauty products cannot be returned unless faulty.

  • Orders are dispatched within the UK via Royal Mail, and delivery times may vary.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party couriers.

  • All content on this website, including text, images, training materials, and digital content, is owned by Megan Thomas Lash Academy and protected by copyright laws.

  • Clients are responsible for following aftercare instructions for treatments and ensuring correct product usage.

  • We are not responsible for reactions or injuries resulting from improper use of beauty products or treatments outside of our academy.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
