Our ABT-accredited eyelash extension courses cover everything you need to become a professional lash technician. You’ll learn lash application techniques, including Classic, Hybrid, and Russian Volume lashes, as well as lash mapping, styling, isolation, and safe removal. The course also includes lash health and safety, eye conditions, client consultations, retention tips, and business advice to help you start your own lash career confidently.

Our courses vary in length depending on the level and content. The Classic Lash Course, Russian & Hybrid Lash Course, and Lash Lift & Tint Course are one-day intensive training courses. The Straight to Volume Lash Course is a two-day course, with Day 1 focused on classic lash fundamentals and Day 2 on advanced volume techniques.

No prior experience is required for the Classic Eyelash Extensions Course, Lash Lift & Tint Course, or Straight to Volume Course, making them ideal for beginners. However, the Russian & Hybrid Lash Course is designed for those who have already completed a Classic Lash Course and want to expand their skills.

Yes! Upon completing your training and passing your case study assessments, you will receive a nationally recognised diploma certificate accredited by ABT Insurance. This certification allows you to obtain public liability insurance and start offering lash treatments professionally.

The cost of our courses varies:
• Classic Lash Extensions Course – £350
• Russian & Hybrid Lash Extensions Course – £400
• Lash Lift & Tint Course – £250
• Straight to Volume Lash Course (2 Days) – £650
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance payable on the day of training. Payment options include credit/debit card, PayPal, Klarna, Clearpay, and Apple Pay.

After completing your training at Megan Thomas Lash Academy, the next step is to practice your new skills and submit up to 10 case study photos for assessment. This ensures that you have mastered lash application techniques, styling, and retention, and can confidently offer professional treatments to clients.
You will need to complete full sets of eyelash extensions (or lash lift/brow lamination treatments, depending on your course) on live models and take clear, high-quality before and after photos. These images should demonstrate correct lash placement, isolation, symmetry, and overall finish.
Once you’ve completed your case studies, submit them to Megan Thomas Lash Academy via email, WhatsApp, or through our student support group. Our educators will review your work and provide constructive feedback to help refine your technique. If your case studies meet the required standard, you will pass the course and receive your ABT-accredited diploma certificate. This qualification allows you to gain public liability insurance, enabling you to start offering treatments professionally.
