We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, VPay and Maestro debit and credit cards. JCB, Discover and China Union Pay are not currently supported.

Square’s Payment Processing Fees

With the Square Point of Sale app, you’ll pay the following per-transaction fees:

1.75% for each tapped (contactless), inserted (Chip + PIN) or swiped card-present transaction
2.5% for each card not present transaction

Your sales are transferred within 1–2 working days using our standard transfer schedule.

Yes. Refunds processed through Square on a mobile device must be requested and completed within 120 days of the original transaction. Payments refunded via your online Square Dashboard can be refunded within one year of the original transaction date. Note: Payments accepted before October 2018 must be refunded within 120 days.

Once this window has passed, you must issue refunds outside of Square.
