Orders are typically dispatched to you on the same working day we receive them. Once your order is placed, we begin picking, packing, and sending it immediately. This means that once you have clicked to place your order, you cannot cancel, make changes, or add any extra items.
If you change your mind, you can still cancel AFTER your order has been sent or after receiving the goods. The following procedures apply:
When you receive your order, as per the EU Distance Selling Directive, you have a “cooling-off period” of 14 days to return the ordered products if you have changed your mind and wish to cancel. The goods must be returned unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were initially dispatched from Megan Thomas Lash Academy. We will not accept an exchange or refund for any item that has been used or is not in the exact condition in which we dispatched it, even if the products were sent in error.
You must contact us by phone or email to confirm which items are being returned. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us (we recommend you get Proof of Posting).
No refund will be given for the cost of returning the goods. Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned simultaneously. Please return them to the address at the bottom of the page along with a note of your details and the reason for return. Refunds will be made to the original charged account within seven days of receipt of the returned goods.
If an attempt to deliver goods continues to fail through no fault of our or the couriers (you are not in or have entered the wrong address etc.) and is subsequently returned to us, we will not refund for shipping, and also the cost incurred to us for the courier returning the goods will be deducted from any refunds. If the products are to be sent out again, a shipping charge will apply.

1. Deposits
A non-refundable deposit between £50 and £200 is required to secure your booking for any Eyelash Training Course or non-physical product.
The deposit covers the loss of earnings due to cancellations and ensures the trainer's availability.
2. Cancellation by the Customer
Cancellation of Booking: Customers can cancel anytime, but the deposit is non-refundable.
Full Payment Refunds: If the course has been paid in full, a refund will be issued minus a £100 deposit per training day, provided the cancellation is at the customer’s request.
3. Cancellation by Megan Thomas Lash Academy
If Megan Thomas Lash Academy or its trainers must cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances (not the customer's fault), customers will be offered a choice between rescheduling the course to a mutually agreed date or receiving a full refund, including the deposit.
4. Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling by the Customer: Customers can request to reschedule their training course without losing their deposit if a minimum of 48 hours notice is provided.
Requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled course may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Rescheduled courses must be arranged with Megan Thomas Lash Academy and booked for a future date within six months.
Rescheduling by Megan Thomas Lash Academy: If we are required to reschedule the course for any reason, your deposit will remain valid, and the course will be moved to a mutually agreed date.
