For best results, allow hair to grow to a suitable length before your waxing appointment so the wax can grip effectively. If you are unsure, book your appointment and this can be confirmed during consultation.

Avoid the following before treatment:

• Sunbeds or prolonged sun exposure

• Strong exfoliation or active skincare products on the treatment area

• Recently shaved skin, as very short hair may not remove effectively

If you are using prescription skincare, retinoids or have recently had skin treatments, please mention this during booking so suitability can be confirmed.

Immediately after your waxing treatment, a soothing afterbalm oil is applied to calm the skin and reduce redness.

To support smooth results and minimise irritation:

• Avoid heat, hot baths and heavy exercise for 24 hours

• Avoid tight clothing on freshly waxed areas

• Avoid tanning and direct sun exposure for 24 to 48 hours

• Avoid perfumed products on the treated area for at least 24 hours

• Begin gentle exfoliation after a few days to help reduce ingrown hairs
