See what's new with Megan Thomas Lash Academy, why we rebranded and what's coming up in our pipeline.
The new Megan Thomas Lash Academy website has been in months of design and development. The custom-built site with integrated e-commerce has been a real labour of love. Our dearest friend, Paul from codeshare.co.uk has completely programed and built the new website from scratch using a platform called Umbraco V8. As Paul has a full-time coding job, he has generously sacrificed many of his evenings and weekends to create our dream eyelash extensions website. We are so grateful and appreciative of Paul's time and expertise, we can't thank him enough!
My husband, Gavin, has also put in hours and hours creating and inputting the content for the website. I couldn't have done it without him, so thank you so much Gav, my tech man! He pushes me and nags me, but Megan Thomas Lashes would not be half of what it is today without him.
Thankfully the COVID-19 lockdown freed up some time to get the project completed, and the new Megan Thomas Lashes website launched last week just in time for us Lash Technicians to pick up those tweezers on the 4th July.
One of the main reasons we rebranded from Eye Love Lashes was a conflict of interest with the business name. Unfortunately, in an industry where many businesses are doing a similar thing, finding an original business name is very difficult. As a business grows and gains a more significant market share having that original name is imperative. Therefore Megan Thomas Lash Academy was reborn from the ashes of Eye Love Lashes.
There is more content to be added over the coming weeks;
As we're gearing back up for reopening, we still have the practice lashes and glue bundle on offer. Practice your lashing and stock up on lashes.
Although I'm not lashing and training at the moment, I am always here to contact if you need any help or advice. Thank you for reading xx
